In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered April 27 against Shirley Ann Henry of Boone on a charge of assault. She was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Sheldon Gene Boswell of Perry was sentenced April 21 to seven days in jail on a charge of violation of a no contact order. He was also fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Galilee Nichole Richter of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; Jeremy Ernest Andrews of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; and Brenda Jean Kennedy of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia.
